For startups

You can see most visitors leave without signing up.

Sample analysisyour-startup.com

We looked at your site. We think you’re losing roughly 22 trial signups a month. Here’s where.

  1. 01

Your signup form asks for 9 fields before someone can hit submit. About half give up halfway through.

    ~9 signups/mo

  2. 02

Your ads send people to your homepage, not to a page about the feature they searched. Most click away.

    ~7 signups/mo

  3. 03

Your pricing page has no annual toggle and no comparison column. Most visitors leave without picking a plan.

    ~6 signups/mo

If we fix these three, we estimate ~22 more trial signups a month.

Sound familiar?

You’re probably here because one of these has been on your mind.

  • Your trial-to-paid rate has been stuck for months and you don’t know what to test next
  • PostHog (or Mixpanel, or GA4) shows drop-offs in your funnel, but you can’t tell which ones actually matter
  • Your ads point at your homepage because building a real landing page is its own project
  • You’ve tried one CRO experiment per month for half a year. Nothing’s moving.

Your product isn’t the problem. You’re losing trials and signups somewhere between the visitors you’re paying for and the page they actually see, and that’s fixable.

What Oniq actually does

A growth engineer that doesn’t sleep. Four things, on repeat.

The closed loop runs every day on the surfaces that bring you signups. The output isn’t a dashboard you stare at. It’s the next change, ready for you to approve.

01Analyze

Analyze

Oniq reads everything that touches a visitor: ads, site, funnel. Maps where traffic enters, where it stalls, where it bounces. Built from your real numbers, not benchmarks, not best practices.

02Recommend

Recommend

A ranked list of what’s costing you signups, with the reasoning behind each one. Plain English. Expected impact and risk for every change. No best-practices filler.

03Execute

Execute

You approve. We ship the change: your site, your ads, your tracking. One-click undo on every change. Pages already ranking on Google are off-limits unless we make a strong case.

04Monitor

Monitor

We watch your numbers daily. When something works, we double down. When it doesn’t, we revert and tell you. No spin.

04 feeds back into 01. The things that worked become the new baseline. The things that didn’t teach the next round.

Safety first

Nothing changes on your site without your approval.

Every change comes with a plain-English preview, the expected impact, and a one-click undo. You approve. We make the change. If something underperforms, we roll it back the same day.

Proposalyour-startup.com · signup flow

We’d like to remove three fields from your signup form (company size, role, phone) and ask for them after the first product action instead.

Lower friction up front. More trial starts. Same lead quality on the back end. Low risk. Undo in one click.

Carlos

And when something doesn’t work, we roll it back. A pricing-page rewrite we tried once cost 4% of trial starts; it was reverted the next day.

Monthly reportyour-startup.com

What worked

  • New signup form with 3 fewer fields. 18% more trial starts.
  • Cut budget on keywords that never converted to trial. Saved $420.
  • Re-pointed top “demo” campaign at a feature page that matches the ad. 24% more demos booked.

What didn’t

  • ×Tried a shorter pricing page. No change in conversion, reverted on day 5.

Bottom line

Trial signups
78 → 104
Wasted ad spend
$1,640 → $1,220

Honest reporting

We tell you what worked. And what didn't.

Most growth reports show wins. We report everything: every change with a date, what worked, what didn't, what we'd do differently. You'll always know what your money bought.

Honest comparison

You’ve already considered three of these. None of them work for your stage.

Hire a senior growth engineer
€120k+ a year, 3-month ramp, and you have to know what to hire for. Most startups find this out the hard way.
Hire a growth agency
They tell you what to do but don’t ship it. You still need someone to execute. And they report only the wins.
Use Mutiny / Optimizely / VWO
Built for marketing-ops teams, not founders. Months to set up. Requires the expertise you’re trying to avoid hiring for.
Read CRO blogs and try one thing a month
This is what you’re doing now. You already know it’s not working.

Who's behind this

Two ex-Facebook engineers. Our first 10 customers work directly with us.

Between us: years building product at Facebook, years before that running growth and experimentation at a startup, and a background in AI and data science. The kind of optimization that used to take a whole growth team. Big companies could afford it, smaller ones couldn't. AI is what changes that. Oniq is that experience aimed at one startup at a time.

We started with one company. We rewrote the website, the ads, and the signup flow. Within three months it was costing them 70% less to win each new customer. We saw it in the numbers. So did they.

We're now talking to founders across the UK, US, and Europe, but the company is small. While we're working with our first 10 customers, the two of us are doing the work directly. That means more of our attention than later customers will get, and a real say in what we build next.
